Con College is a raw and intriguing dark comedy about brotherhood, loyalty, and disillusionment. The creators of this play have set the piece in St. Louis and cannot wait to have Con College’s world premiere in our home city. Written by Sam Rozier, directed by Jordan Block, Con College tells the story of Davey Bishop, a young, ambitious, college student, who is forced to compromise his ethics when his estranged brother seeks refuge from the law in his apartment.

Davey’s whole life seems to be perfectly in order until his brother and foil, Jake, escapes from prison and asks to hide out in his dorm. As Davey comprises his own ethics for loyalty, he must struggle for what is familiar versus what is right. As he navigates these decisions, the consequences breed both hilarity and heartbreak.
